new year's eve

hi! i hope your new year's eve is AWESOME! so, i'm at my best bud's house (that would be erin) with another one of my best buds (jacob). so they're gonna type something on here too! i'll put jacob's words in orange and erin's in yellow!

hey, erin here! we're having LOADS of fun! we just watched the movie Hoodwinked,and we laughed so hard! it's 10:30, and i'm still wide awake. we're staying up past midnight! oh, gotta go! here's jacob.

OK, here we go. I (excuse me, i) also liked the movie. unlike erin, i'm not wide awake. it's going to be a looong night. i'm not sure that i can stay awake until new year's, but i'll try. we have had lots of fun so far and we still have 1 hour and 17 minutes left. i am quickly running out of sensible things to say so this is goodbye!

our christmas

hey! yesterday was really fun! christmas eve we watched 'it's a wonderful life'. then christmas morning we opened one gift from our parents and our gifts from mamaw. raven and jamie opened their gifts to each other and a gift from their mom. she had to work christmas eve and christmas day. we also all opened our stockings. oh yeah, on christmas eve we also opened one gift each. ben and i got awesome sleeping bags! jamie and raven each got a pair of footie pajamas. i got some gifts from my friends to! from my parents i got a couple pairs of really cute flannel pjs. i also got tobymac's cd, 'portable sounds'! it is sooooooo cool! i got two books that look like they're gonna be really interesting, and i got a few pairs of really fuzzy socks. i need lots of socks cuz i have to wear them all the time. i think i forgot to blog about the disease that i just found out i have! it's called 'raynaud's phenomenon'. it's a circulation problem (so when i get cold my toes turn purple). yeah, so that's why i got socks. i also got toe warmers in my stocking! mamaw got me an adorable fuzzy pink vest. and she also got a wii game for me and ben. it's 'super mario galaxy'. it looks awesome, but we can't play it yet cuz we don't have a wii (sniffle, sniffle). there aren't any in any of the stores, so we'll just have to wait! i made symon a little toy out of hershey's kiss wrappers and he loved it! but i have no clue where it is now! i've looked everywhere and i can't find it! i don't think sy,sy knows where it is either! oh yeah! i just remembered that i got a manicure/pedicure kit! it's awesome! okay i'll put some pics on here of our christmas, we didn't take very many this year though! actually, i'll just add them to my slideshow!

i love the christmas season! it is so awesome! yesterday was sunday, i gave the crayon things to my friends. but some of them weren't there. i think that everyone liked them. today we picked up raven and jamie, they are some friends of ours. they are gonna stay with us today and tomorrow. they're spending the nite. last nite some other friends came over too. so did grandma and grandpa and aunt janet (actually we call her ANT janet). aunt janet brought this awesome game called "imaginiff...", it is so much fun. what u do is you roll the die, and say u get a 2, there are erasable names all the way around the board, by the way. so u roll a 2 and you can choose a name, so say u chose my name. so u would draw a card and it would be something like "imaginiff...beth were a board game. what game would she be?" and then it would give six options and everyone had to choose what game they thought i would be. it is so much fun!
i can't wait till tomorrow. it will be so much fun. tonite we will go to a candlelight service at our church. those services are always really neat! oh yeah, i have a stocking for symon, it has a bunch of treats in it. and he loves hershey's kiss wrappers, so i made a huge ball out of them. that's in his stocking too! suzi also gets a stocking, it has treats in it too. i need to put a pic of symon on here so u can see all of him. the only one i have on here is one that only shows half of his face!
i can put some pics of our christmas decorations on here too! that would be neat. oh! maybe i'll put a christmas slide show!! that would be even cooler!

okay, i have to go so i can work on that!

yesterday, my aunt jessica and her boyfriend came over. while they were here, suzi (our dog) was trying to tell us that she needed to be walked. so i went to the back door and called her, then she ran to our table and there was a shadow that streched from the table to the wall. she ran as fast as she could across that shadow, then there was another shadow that ran from the snack bar to the gossip bench. actually, there was a little gap in the shadow next to the bench, she is a big dog and when she tried to squeeze in that little gap, it was hilarious! i guess she is scared of shadows or something. we have a cat named shadow, and he plays really rough with suzi, so maybe that's why she's so scared of them!
today we don't have any school! it's been awesome! and also for a couple weeks we don't have math (my absolute least favorite subject), so that makes me VERY happy!
yesterday, i made some christmas presents for my friends. my friend erin told me how to make these things where you put a few crayons in a mini muffin pan and then put them in the oven. they are so cool! then my mamaw suggested putting a magnet on the back, that's what i'm gonna do for all my friends. i feel really bad about it though because alot of my friends gave me bigger presents, and i'm only making those little things for them. but i think most of them will like it.

these things are really fun to make, you just break the crayons, put them in a mini muffin pan, put them in the oven at 200 degrees, and just keep an eye on them until they are melted.

hey! tonite the choir i'm in at church sang. we were having a youth nite. our youth pastor gave the message, and jaymee recited an awesome poem. she was also in a skit, it was one of those skits that no one talks but they do motions. they all wore black and it was to the song "mary did you know?'. it was really cool.

we sang a song that was a mix of 'away in a manger' and 'silent night'. then at the end of the service, we got back up there and sang a song called 'emmanuel'.

today after church, my family and i went to erin's house. in my parent's sunday school class they have different groups that sometimes get together and do stuff. they're called 'care groups'. today was a christmas thing. we went over there and talked for a while, then we ate. a little while after that we played dirty santa. each family was supposed to take a gift. we took homemade salsa, chai tea, and coffee mix. and then we got a nice candle and the movie 'ella enchanted'. i love that movie, but i like the book even better.

hey! so i haven't blogged in, like, 3 months (maybe more). i'm really sorry, i'll try to do better.

right now my mom and mamaw r on a trip together. so i'm here with my dad and little bro. today we got pizza from OIP, later tonite we're gonna play some games and stuff. it'll be fun.

i love being in our youth group at church. it's awesome. my DIA group leader is mrs. g, her husband teaches youth group on sunday. they're awesome. pastor kent is really cool too. he teaches us alot of times on wednesday.

i've sang in our choir, i think 3 times now. it's so much fun. we're gonna sing this sunday nite too. we'll be singing a couple of christmas songs.

my bday was last month. i turned 13 (finally). i got a new bedspread, some lipstick, and eyeshadow, from my parents. my dad and i also went to a really nice restaurant. he gave
me $14 and a ring. he called it my 'princess ring' because i'm his princess and God's princess. it was really neat.

my gma and gpa gave me $13 and a tiara. then my aunt janet paid for getting my ears pierced. then my friend erin made me an awesome purse, it looks alot like a vera bradley. my friend bri got me a pair of socks because they had siamese cats on them, they're really cute. jaymee made me a neat card. jacob got me spiderman 3. it's really cool, it's the special 2 disc edition. that's my fav0rite movie.

hey! sorry i haven't posted in a while, i didn't want my slide show to move down. i can't figure out how to keep it at the top of the screen! oh well! so, i haven't really had anything happen that would be of interest to anyone. i guess i'll just have to come up with something to ramble about!

last week my mom and dad went out of town. the first nite my little brother and i stayed with my grandparents. the next day we went ice skating with them and my friend bri and her little brother parker. the next nite

we stayed with my mamaw. it was so much fun.

i'm in choir at my church. i also do 'word of life' (i can't remember if i've mentioned that or not). i really enjoy it. oh yeah, i got my hair cut, i'll have to put a picture on here! it's layered and a few people actually thought that i was bri! it was funny!

tonite we have a bible study at my church. it's a ministry that my

parents do. i help out with the kids. it's kinda fun sometimes.okay here's a pic of my hair:

Intro!

hi! this is my 3rd time having a blog. my first one was a LONG time ago, and i never posted anything on it. my second one i was doing pretty good on, but the site didn't work quite as well for me as this one. so hopefully this will be my best attempt (and last one)! i love cats! i'm also a believer in Jesus Christ. i'm in word of life, and i'm 12 yrs old. well i have to go. sorry this is so short but i was trying to upload a video and it took awhile and didn't even work! it'll be longer next time!
